This policy explains what information NoshBite collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the marketplace, restaurant storefronts, and the restaurant management platform.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, phone number, email address, and password when you register — or your name, email, and profile picture when you sign in with Google.

Order information: the items you order, delivery addresses, payment method selections, and any payment proofs you upload.

Restaurant information: business details, menus, branches, staff accounts, and settings provided by restaurant owners.

Location information: if you allow browser location access, we use your coordinates to show nearby restaurants and check delivery zones. You can decline this at any time.

How information is used

We use your information to operate the marketplace and storefronts, fulfil and track orders, secure accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, provide customer support, and improve the platform.

Sharing

When you place an order, the restaurant receives the details needed to fulfil it: your name, contact number, delivery address, and order contents. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may share information with service providers who help us run the platform (such as hosting and messaging providers) and when required by law.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as needed for service delivery, security, and legal obligations. Passwords are stored hashed, and access to personal data is restricted.

Your choices
