Refund Policy
Refunds on NoshBite are handled in coordination with the restaurant that received your order. This page explains how to request one and what to expect.
Requesting a refund
Contact the restaurant promptly — ideally within 24 hours of the order — with your order number and the reason for the request. The restaurant's contact details are on your order confirmation and tracking page.
Eligibility
Common valid reasons include wrong or missing items, undelivered orders, and food-quality issues reported promptly. Eligibility depends on order status, preparation, delivery, payment method, and the restaurant's own cancellation rules.
Orders cancelled before the kitchen starts preparing them are generally refundable in full.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through an available method — typically the original payment method or bank transfer. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary; most refunds complete within 5–10 business days.
