Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the NoshBite marketplace, restaurant storefronts, and the restaurant management platform. By using NoshBite you agree to them.

Using the platform

You must provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for all activity performed through your account.

Orders and payments

When you place an order, your contract is with the selected restaurant. The restaurant is responsible for preparing and fulfilling your order; payment, cancellation, delivery, and refund handling follow that restaurant's published policies and our Refund Policy.

Restaurant responsibilities

Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of their menus, pricing, availability, food safety, and order fulfilment, and for complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Restaurant accounts are subject to approval and may be suspended for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or repeated customer complaints.

Subscriptions and plans

Restaurant features depend on the selected subscription plan. Plan payments, trials, upgrades, and cancellations are handled through the platform and confirmed by the platform administrator.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no fraudulent orders, fake reviews, scraping, attempts to breach security, or interference with other users' access to the service.

Service availability

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. The platform is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
